Fall Gravity Strap / Kettlebar
Our unique design in suspension exercise! The gravity straps allow you to work with your own body weight to create functional, overall fitness and power. Kettlebars put the core into a high velocity environment, building explosive power and whole body coordination. This class is designed to challenge your overall strength, balance and endurance.
Stretch, Breathe, Meditate
The power trio that everyone needs to do, but doesn't take the time to do! This 1-hour class starts with 30 minutes of stretching, and then dives into practicing different yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) that will strengthen the heart, lungs, core, cleanse the body of toxins, increase vitality, and sharpen the mind. The body is then completely prepared for meditation. Each week will have a different style of practice, but for all, the purpose is to give time and space for increased presence and connection to self. This class will refuel your body, mind, and spirit in every way.
MOTR stands for More Than A Roller - and it is! This compact apparatus includes the pulley system of the reformers, with the balance training of the foam rollers. Alignment, Balance, Core, Agility, Cardiovascular Endurance and Functional Movement can all be improved by training on this extremely versatile apparatus.
Fall Equip Level 2
Pilates Equipment classes use the Universal Reformer, the Cadillac, and the Chair.This level is appropriate for those who have some experience on the equipment, but who are still developing their core connections. Also for those who have injuries that need to be managed in a controlled way.
Fall Equip Level 1
Pilates Equipment classes use the Universal Reformer, the Cadillac, and the Chair. This level is appropriate for those who have never used the equipment before and/or who have injuries/conditions that they need to be mindful of and move at a pace that allows the body to learn a new way of moving. Fall Equip Level 2/3
Pilates Equipment classes use the Universal Reformer, the Cadillac, and the Chair.This level is meant to be more of a physical challenge, while still being accessible to most people. The class will flow more than lower levels, challenging endurance, coordination, and core connection. Previous experience on the equipment is a must.
Fall Equip Level 3
Pilates Equipment classes use the Universal Reformer, the Cadillac, and the Chair. This level is appropriate for those who have strong experience on the equipment, as the class will have more flow, challenge strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination in all ways. Challenging physically and mentally.
