Schedule your first class - when you pick your desired class the system will ask you which specific days to choose - and then go to "enrol
If you are a new client, the "new client special" will be a payment option you can choose.
Once you pay for your unlimited pass, you can then schedule as many classes as you want. The 2 week period starts the day of your first class.
You can also just buy the pass from the "retail store". From the top menu, select "series" and then "open house". The "New client special" will appear.
If you have never done Pilates before, we recommend that you start with Level 1 mat and equipment classes. These classes are very accessible to those who may have a chronic injury or condition that requires careful strengthening and alignment. If you have no physical restrictions and wish to start at a higher level, feel free to start at level 2 as this is also very accessible. Level 2/3, 3, & 4 are intended for those with experience in Pilates or related core-based mindful exercise forms.
All of our other classes (Gravity Straps & Kettlebars, Yoga, Stretch, Breath & Meditation) are for all levels. Please check them out – knowing that in general they are best done if you have some core training experience in your background.
The Unlimited pass is for ALL classes. In general we recommend that you book your classes online using the Mindbody Scheduler, however there is usually space in our mat-based classes. The classes on the Pilates Equipment, however, have a limit of 8 and so we recommend that you definitely book these in advance online, in person, or through phone or email to ensure there is space for you.
After your pass is done, and you wish to join a class or classes, you have a few options. You can either pay for the remainder of the session on a pro-rated basis (This is the most affordable option. This pass expires at the end of the session), or you can buy a 10 class pass in either Pilates Equipment ($180 + gst) or a 10 class pass for all the other types of classes ($150 + gst) – and these passes last 6 months. Please see our fees page for more information.
If you are unable to attend your class, please “early cancel” by going to your online profile and selecting “cancel” on your schedule page. Cancellations must be done at least 2 hours prior to the class start time to be considered "early".
You are welcome to make up all classes that you “early cancel” prior to the end of the session. If you do not “early cancel” you will not be able to make up your class.
Scheduling drop-in or make-up classes using the Mindbody scheduler: go to the schedule and pick the class you want to take and hit "sign up now". The next page will ask you which days you want to come: either from this day onward, or picking single classes. Full classes will show as red, classes with space will show as black. If you have credited classes or a class pass, that can be used to pay for the class. If you do not, you will have to pay for your class at the time of signing up. Please feel free to contact the studio by phone or email if you need assistance with this.
If you miss the first 3 consecutive classes in a session without notifying the studio, you will be removed from the class roster.
There are some classes that are fully registered. If clients have not arrived within the first 5 minutes of the class, available spots will be offered up to those waiting on a first come, first served basis.
For private and semi-private sessions, missed appointments will be charged if notice is not given by 5pm the previous day.
