Private training is ideal for those who want or need a more personalized Pilates program. In a private session, teachers create workouts that will address the specific needs of clients. In the private classes, we tailor training to your needs, whether they arise from injury, a chronic condition, or whether you have set specific fitness goal. Individual assessment of posture and body mechanics give clients more tools for improving their condition.

Private training can be done in conjunction with group classes or on its own.

During private sessions, we can also develop home exercise programs for clients.

Studio Hours
Monday to Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Sunday: 9:30 a.m. – noon

Sessions are available at various hours within this time frame.

Tracy Stafford, owner and lead teacher, also practices Traditional Thai Massage Therapy. Done fully clothed and without the use of oils, this moving massage incorporates passive yoga stretches with acupressure. It is excellent for teaching the body how to move with more ease, and for releasing holding patterns of tension.
