In these 2 hours we will work slowly and deliberately to wake up your core, lengthen and decompress your spine, relieve your lower back, stretch out your hips, and practice the art of deep, mindful breathing. You will leave feeling strong and relaxed simultaneously. Our increasingly sedentary lifestyles are making our hips stiffer and stiffer. This can lead to a whole parade of issues such as lower back pain, knee misalignment, IT band and pirifomis syndrome, sciatica, and a weak core (including weak pelvic floor), to name but a few.
