In these 2 hours we will work slowly and deliberately to wake up your core, lengthen and decompress your spine, relieve your lower back, stretch out your hips, and practice the art of deep, mindful breathing. You will leave feeling strong and relaxed simultaneously. This class is a perfect gateway for newcomers to Pilates to then go into our small group classes, but it's also appropriate for those with experience who want to deepen their core connection.

This class is beneficial and informative for everyone! It is open to anyone who wants to be more connected to the foundation of their core energy and all that it encompasses, but is of particular help to pre- and post-natal moms (of ANY age) who need even more connection to their pelvic floor. If you suffer from stress or urge incontinence, or do not feel able to engage the muscles of the pelvic floor optimally, then this workshop is for you!

Our increasingly sedentary lifestyles are making our hips stiffer and stiffer. This can lead to a whole parade of issues such as lower back pain, knee misalignment, IT band and pirifomis syndrome, sciatica, and a weak core (including weak pelvic floor), to name but a few. Come spend 2 hours stretching and rebalancing the body. You will leave with happy hips that move with greater ease and flow.
Release Your Neck and Shoulders

To feel more ease in your entire upper body, a fine balance of strength, flexibility & alignment is required, especially if you have suffered from whiplash, rotator cuff injuries, cervical spine degeneration, migraines, or any other upper body trauma. Stretch all that tension away! Learn an effective routine that will leave you feeling strong and calm :)
