Safe, Effective Core Training: Beginner Friendly!

In these 2 hours we will work slowly and deliberately to wake up your core, lengthen and decompress your spine, relieve your lower back, stretch out your hips, and practice the art of deep, mindful breathing. You will leave feeling strong and relaxed simultaneously. This class is a perfect gateway for newcomers to Pilates to then go into our small group classes, but it's also appropriate for those with experience who want to deepen their core connection.

Learn the best exercises to keep you feeling, moving, and looking young - but wise enough to do the things you KNOW are good for you. Posture, Flexibility, Balance and Bone density, will all be addressed in this 2 hour class. All exercises will be done using the mat and small props so you can do them at home anytime. It is more than possible to feel vital at any age! Handouts of all exercises will be provided.
